Seamus Lavin joined Ryan, Morton & Imms, LLC in 2011. Seamus has been representing individuals, families and businesses in a variety of transactional and litigation settings for nearly a decade.
Seamus regularly assists clients through the difficulties inherent in the divorce, custody and child / spousal support processes. His goal is to ensure a fair result in the most cost effecting and efficient manner possible. Seamus represents clients charged with various criminal and traffic violations. His knowledge and experience enables him to defend and protect his clients against unwarranted or overzealous prosecutions.
Seamus’ transactional practice is focused towards assisting clients in the acquisition, protection and transfer of wealth. He achieves these goals by means of effective estate planning, business formation, real estate management, contract negotiation, and the efficient resolution of unavoidable litigation. He also guides clients through the estate administration, probate and guardianship processes. Philadelphia Magazine and Law and Politics Magazine have selected Seamus as a Pennsylvania “Rising Star” in 2008, 2010 and 2011.
